x Annapolis Capital Gazette Collection
Redesign of office furniture based on office supply uses in the Capital Gazette mass shooting, either as defense or as where someone died.
A one-day preview of the collection happened inside the Officemax Richmond store, June 2, 2022, National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
This research is dedicated to innocent lives lost that day: Rebecca Smith, Gerald Fischman, John McNamara, Wendy Winters, and Rob Hiaasen (my dad).
For Rachael Picella, who survived by hiding behind a filing cabinet.
For Rob Hiaasen- whose caption is too hard to write.
For Gerald Fishman who died beneath his standing desk.
